#bugfix: Nasty bug removed in buffer -> telegramm copy routine, which causes that the telegram content repeated each 256 Bytes (wrong byte type index counter instead of integer type)

#workaround: based on the telegram sending method (per FDS or GGDS- call) the address type (physical/broadcast) for the tester present message is decided
